Once the approach is confirmed and the 50% deposit is paid, the project moves into production.
We shape the content direction around the publishing platform, target audience and intended result, then confirm the run sheet, script, brand assets and visual requirements.
For scripted work, we first use AI to develop directions for you to choose from before formal script design and refinement.
Before shoot day, we confirm the schedule, key people, camera positions and must-capture content, then configure the crew and equipment around it.
On site, the time goes into making the work—not last-minute coordination.
Standard event video projects usually receive a first cut within 2–5 days. Where required, an expedited usable version can be arranged from as little as one hour after filming.
Standard delivery carries no rush fee. One-hour-plus expedited delivery requires advance availability confirmation and an additional fee based on scope.
After the first cut, we continue refining from your feedback. A project does not end because a revision count is reached; it ends when both sides approve the final version.
Once final payment is complete, we deliver the watermark-free master. Relevant source material can also be supplied where agreed in the project scope.
